The city of Hasselt (B) built a new city hall in 2018. The durability of this new building is very high because the city holds this in high regard. They even obtained the BREEAM excellent certificate for this project.

The public centre for social welfare in Hoogstraten (B) built a new residential care centre. The building has 154 single rooms, 150 of which are for permanent residents. To make the indoor climate as optimal as possible, they opted for a geothermal installation.

On the banks of the Thames, the "Riverside Quarter" complex is one of South London's favourite destinations for living. The luxurious complex consists of apartments, commercial spaces, fitness rooms and a swimming pool. A geothermal installation provides the necessary cooling and heating for the complex.

For a residential development in Grosvenor Hill in London, the client opted resolutely for geothermal energy for the heating and cooling of the apartments. A central installation provides the decentralized heat pumps with a stable temperature for heating. The cold well provides the temperature for cooling.
